Combo Classes - Combo classes are a blend of the different styles indicated in the class title; see below for individual style descriptions.
Five Tibetan Rites - During the May 21 Day of Karma Yoga I will be providing instruction in the Five Tibetan Rites, a short set of energy, strength and flexibility boosting exercises that can be done daily.
Full Figured Yoga - Beginner Hatha Yoga class specifically for full figured individuals. Learn modifications to make Yoga work for you while you gain body awareness and confidence in a comfortable environment.
Hatha Yoga - Beginner Yoga classes to tap into your Inner Wisdom. Pamper your body, mind and spirit. Good for all levels, including those new to Yoga.
Meditation - Does meditation interest you but you are struggling to figure out where to start (or how to progress)? Learn at least four different meditation practices so that you can find one that works for you. And find out the secret to meditation!
Restorative Yoga - Restorative Yoga is a rejuvenation practice. Comfortable, supported poses are held for long periods to let the body completely relax and to let the fluid systems in the body restore and recover.
Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga uses gentler stretches with longer holds to target the connective tissues and joints. Despite seeming slower and gentler than Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga can be quite challenging for our bodies and minds.
