What do I need to bring to class?
I have a sore ankle/knee/shoulder/etc or an old injury, can I do Yoga?

What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one (extra mats available at studio). If you have any Yoga props you like to use (blocks, strap, bolster) feel free to bring them to class. You may want to bring a water bottle, although our workout will not be vigorous. For meditation, chairs, blocks or blankets are provided for sitting.

Absolutely! Please let me know about your injury at the start of class and we’ll discuss any modifications you might need. When done mindfully, Yoga can be very therapeutic for many injuries. If you would like to get in touch with me to discuss your particular challenges, please email or phone me.
How do I know if a class is cancelled?
In the rare occurrence that a class with registered students is cancelled, I will get in touch with each student to ensure they know about the cancellation.

How do I get to your place, where do I park?
My home studio is at 1755 Extension Road (here). Park in the driveway or gravel areas to the left or right of the driveway (it’s pretty obvious). If you block someone in, please note what the car is so that we can shuffle cars if needed (if that person is on their way out instead of in).
